Why is it worth entrusting us with the programming of SCARA robots?

Our practical know-how stems from experience gained in demanding implementations, not from textbook knowledge. We understand that the success of an automation project is not just advanced algorithms, but above all reliability, stability, and a partnership-oriented approach from the integrator. At Amister, we strive to ensure that our solutions genuinely increase the efficiency of your production, minimizing risks and delivering long-term value.

Team stability and continuity of project delivery

In the automation industry we observe a high turnover of employees, which often leads to delays and communication problems. At Amister we prioritize stable teams, assigning a dedicated team leader to each project who is your sole point of contact.

We provide a dedicated team of developers who work on your project for its entire duration.
A dedicated team leader coordinates the work and ensures smooth communication between you and the Amister team.
Low employee turnover means minimizing the risk of delays and maintaining continuity in knowledge transfer.
By taking work-life balance into account when planning work, we ensure a steady workload for the team and timeliness.

Partnership approach and process transparency

We build long-term relationships based on trust and open communication. We believe that transparency at every stage of the project is key to its success.

We precisely define the project’s boundary conditions and scope of work to avoid misunderstandings.
We identify with the client’s needs, treating every project with full commitment and responsibility.
We communicate in foreign languages, adapting the team linguistically to eliminate communication barriers.
We care about timeliness, and our effectiveness in recent projects is X% compliance with the schedule.

Experience and competencies of our engineers

Our team consists of 6 experienced roboticists who possess the practical knowledge necessary to implement even the most complex solutions.

We do not assign “newbies” to key tasks – every engineer has proven competencies.
Implementation specialists can look beyond the scheme, proposing optimal solutions and avoiding mistakes.
We continuously develop the team’s competencies to meet the latest technological challenges.
We have references from large companies, which confirm our experience and the quality of the services provided.
