What does the integration of industrial robots consist of?

Integration of industrial robots It is a multi-stage process involving needs analysis, design, programming, implementation and testing of robotic workstations. It is crucial to precisely match the robot and its tooling to the specifics of the task, ensuring smooth cooperation with the existing production infrastructure and control systems.

Analysis and concept – precise understanding of production requirements and identification of the optimal application of robotization.
Selection of the appropriate robot – selection of the model, reach and payload of the robot matched to the tasks (e.g. KUKA, ABB, FANUC).
Workstation design – creating a safe and ergonomic working environment for the robot, taking into account process tooling.
Robot programming – creating control logic, motion paths, and integration with vision systems and sensors.
Integration with automation – connecting the robotic system to PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Beckhoff) and supervisory systems (MES).
Implementation and commissioning – installation of the robot in the production hall, parameter configuration and functional tests.
Creating technical documentation – preparation of user manuals, programs and safety documentation.
Personnel training – preparing operators and engineers to operate and maintain robotic stations.
Post-implementation support – ensuring production continuity through service and optimization of implemented solutions.

How do we work with our clients?

We understand that every enterprise has unique needs and an operational structure. Therefore, we offer two flexible collaboration models that allow us to effectively support your industrial robot integration projects, regardless of scale and complexity.

Model 1: Software subcontracting

If your company has its own team of engineers or is an automation systems integrator, we offer a subcontracting model. In this scenario we focus on delivering top-quality control software for robots and PLCs, working closely with your specialists. This allows for optimal use of resources and a focus on the key phases of the project where our dedicated expertise is most needed.

Model 2: General contracting ‘turnkey’

For clients seeking comprehensive support from concept to commissioning, we propose a turnkey implementation model. In this approach we assume full responsibility for the project, from needs analysis and design, through programming and construction of the robotic workstation, up to commissioning, training and post-implementation support. It is an ideal solution for companies wishing to automate key processes without engaging their own engineering resources in detailed implementation work.

From concept to full turnkey launch

We will assume full responsibility for integration of industrial robots at Your plant, delivering a ready and tested solution.
