AGV integration services

Are you looking for an experienced transportation systems integrator? We deploy advanced fleets of self-propelled AGVs, optimizing in-plant logistics. We integrate autonomous vehicles with warehouse automation, assembly lines and supervisory systems, eliminating bottlenecks in the flow of components and ensuring their collision-free transport 24/7.

Our systems work for global industry leaders

How does the AGV integration process work?

We adapt AGV technology to the specifics of production. We take over the entire process: from the analysis of transport cycles, through precise robot programming and route planning, all the way to integrating the fleet with factory automation. The result is smooth, collision-free cooperation between vehicles, machines, and personnel from the first day after commissioning.

Audit of in-plant logistics and analysis of flows

Mapping of transport routes and traffic aisles, analysis of delivery takt times, and selection of the optimal navigation technology.

Selection and configuration of an AGV platform

Matching the vehicle type to the transport medium: lifting units, AGV forklifts, platforms with roller conveyors or tow tractors.

Supervisory fleet manager programming

Implementation of task allocation algorithms, dynamic route planning, collision avoidance, and priority management based on industry standards, including the VDA 5050 protocol.

Integration with warehouse and production management systems

Integration with WMS, MES, and ERP layers to automatically trigger transport orders and track batches.

Safety system programming and certification

Parameterization of laser scanners, programming of safety zones compliant with the ISO 3691-4 standard, and implementation of the ProfiSafe and CIP Safety protocols.

Startup, load tests and validation

Deployment of the system on-site, testing emergency scenarios, calibration of docking precision, and verification of throughput under real production conditions.

Training of technical and maintenance personnel

Preparation of operators for routine operations, reconfiguration of logistical missions, and diagnostics of fleet components.

Post-implementation support and optimization audits

Remote monitoring of fleet operations, real-time route adjustments, and optimization of battery usage and transport cycle time.

Lack of workers? Bottlenecks in deliveries to production?

Automation of internal transport is now a necessity to maintain competitiveness and continuity of production. Replacing manual processes with an AGV system solves the problem of operator shortages, eliminates damage to goods and guarantees on-time deliveries to workstations.
