As an experienced partner of global brands, we provide integrators and machine manufacturers with engineering support at every stage, guaranteeing clean code and a smooth passage through stringent technical acceptance procedures.

What does BMW TMO-standard PLC programming include?

We execute projects in full alignment with BMW’s technological specifications – covering unified control logic, structured functional blocks, media controls, and standardized diagnostics. We deliver complete system integration, seamlessly linking equipment horizontally (PLCs to robots and line devices) and vertically (PLC-to-IT systems). Our scope includes PLC programming according to the BMW TMO standard, control code development, network configuration, I/O mapping, safety integration, and standard HMI visualization. The process concludes with comprehensive commissioning, functional testing, and on-site support for final acceptance audits.

Why entrust us with BMW TMO PLC programming?

We combine a rigorous understanding of automotive standards and guidelines with practical experience from production halls. Not only do we create code compliant with the BMW TMO structure, but we also thoroughly understand the realities of working on-site.

Predictable deployment

A precise action plan is the key to a smooth launch. We eliminate the risk of delays and unexpected downtime by basing the entire process on proven deployment procedures:

Clear scope of responsibility: We explicitly indicate the contractors for each stage – from cable infrastructure to final integration. This minimizes decision-making delays during the system commissioning phase.
Defined scope of work: Before any programming work begins, we write down in black and white a complete implementation plan. You know in advance which stages and the final outcome to expect.
Start-up according to proven procedures: We carry out the entire project based on precise checklists. Thanks to this, you can be sure that none of the key safety conditions will be omitted.

Partnership approach

Implementing software that complies with a rigorous standard requires great discipline at every stage. To guarantee a high level of security, code readability, and easy maintenance in the future, we base our collaboration on three pillars.

Technical lead as a permanent guardian: The project is led by an engineer responsible for the system architecture. They know the full context of the work and have decision-making authority, ensuring that all technological decisions proceed without unnecessary delay.
No language barriers: We assemble the project team taking into account the language competencies required in relations with international suppliers or partners. This ensures a smooth flow of information and precise communication of technical arrangements.
Experience from factory floors: Thanks to the hours spent on-site, we thoroughly understand the process and business context of your plant. We don’t limit ourselves to writing code. We help make sound technical decisions, taking into account the entire production environment.

Experienced team

We eliminate the risk associated with handing over tasks to unverified external companies. The project is carried out by our in-house specialists, which results in full commitment, quality control and clear responsibility for implementation.

Certified competencies in the automotive industry: We possess certificate-backed knowledge of the programming and commissioning standards used by leading corporations. This guarantees the smooth execution of rigorous acceptance procedures and full compliance with the investor’s requirements.
Full management by a single team: The same people are responsible for the preliminary analysis, the preparation of the software and the physical implementation on site. This way of working eliminates errors at the interfaces between stages and guarantees the smooth handover of the machine into operation.
Readable programs and simple diagnostics: We provide clear code and a readable system of diagnostic messages on operator panels. This enables technical staff to operate independently and without problems, and to quickly locate faults.

How do we work with our clients?

Every modernization project has its own specifics — from the need for additional on-site software support to the comprehensive execution of a new hardware architecture. We tailor the cooperation model directly to your team’s resources and the stage of the work, offering two transparent responsibility options:

Model 1: Support as a subcontractor

We operate as a direct extension of your engineering team. We take over the preparation of PLC code and assist during machine commissioning on site. It is the ideal solution for system integrators and machine manufacturers who need experienced programmers to secure the project schedule without risk.

Comprehensive turnkey implementation

We offer a turnkey implementation model to companies that want to entrust the entire scope of automation software to a single partner. We are responsible for the full implementation cycle — from preparing the code structure and visualization, through integrating robots and process equipment, to signal testing, cycle time optimization, and on-site assistance.
